Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology/Haematology

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist with to join a collaborative Pharmacy team in a London based Hospital.
This full-time role comes with a salary of up to £66,000 and many excellent benefits.
Accepting applications from GPhC Registered Pharmacists (UK) with experience in aOncology/Haematologysetting.
As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team.
You will need to bring with you: MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the GPhC Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma/Masters in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent) or willing to enrol Experience covering Oncology/Haematology specialties Experience in a hospital setting During your first few weeks in this Senior Clinical Pharmacist role, you can expect to: Provide a comprehensive and effective patient centred clinical pharmacy service Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
As a vital member of the team, and in return for your expertise, you can expect to receive a salary of up to £66,000 and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team as well as the following Benefits: 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
