We're seeking a Senior Chef Manager to lead our dedicated kitchen team in Tunbridge Wells, serving 500 nutritious and delicious meals every day.
Key Responsibilities: Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of the kitchen and 5 FOH staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.
Menu Development: Create balanced, nutritious meals tailored to our clientele, prioritizing quality and variety.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization, adhering to all regulations.
Budget & Stock Control: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
