A Construction Health & Safety Consultancy is seeking a CDM Professional to act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor for a range of exciting new build projects. This Consultancy has been in business for 20+ years and has steadily grown during this time, focusing on the quality of process over quantity. The CDM Consultant Role As a Principal Designer & CDM Advisor, you will manage and advise on all design safety risks for the portfolio of projects within the pre-construction phase and ongoing phases. You will have a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client-facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have: NEBOSH Construction (required)Tech IOSH (minimum)APS membership (required)Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying (preferred)Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a CDM role (required)Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What's In It for You?
