SENIOR BUYING ADMIN ASSISTANT West London (W6) Contract: Full time (5 days a week, Mon-Fri, 9.00am-5.30pm) Salary: Competitive, plus generous annual bonus Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home Our expanding group of award-winning brands has been established for over 30 years and consists of multiple e-commerce platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Buying Admin Assistant who can support our Buyers by managing a large and accurate product database.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will have advanced MS Excel skills that enable them to help manage our product database and ensure pricing, margins and products are accurate and are monitored and updated when necessary.
This role will also include an opportunity for the successful candidate to buy and manage their own category, with the Buyer's support.
RESPONSIBILITIES Adding and updating products, brands and collections onto our internal back-end system in a timely manner, employing impeccable attention to detail in relation to all product information.
Managing all SKU information on the range plan, ensuring all internal files and systems match back.
Being proactive in liaising with suppliers to request price/SKU updates, ensuring prices are in line with agreed terms.
Accurately updating all price changes and product updates or discontinuations via our internal back-end system in a timely manner.
Building strong relationships with external suppliers/brands as well as all internal teams.
Management and troubleshooting of any invoice discrepancies between our Finance team and Suppliers to mitigate any margin erosion.
Owning the database quality management process, carrying out spot-checks and running reports to identify and rectify any pricing, product information or upload errors.
Management of samples.
Creating KPI reports for the Buying team as requested.
Working collaboratively with the Ecommerce team to get products loaded/updated on site in a timely manner.
Carrying out comp shops/competitor analysis and reporting back to the team.
Liaising with cross functional teams such as customer care, warehouse, and marketing on any product or customer enquiries.
Supporting the buyer with Brand and Category range reviews.
Buy & manage your own category with the Buyer's support, to source and present new brands and deliver new product ranges to margin expectations through cost price negotiations and cost-effective supply solutions.
Requirements RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience as a Buying Admin Assistant or Senior Buying Admin Assistant in a fast-paced Retail/ E-Commerce environment would be ideal.
Administration experience is essential.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
An analytical mind and numerical capability (especially percentages and retail pricing).
Experience of database management is advantageous.
An immaculate attention to detail and high level of organisation.
The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with great accuracy.
A self starter who can work independently as well as within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
