Our client, a London based broker is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic Change Delivery team.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational change initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide effective stakeholder management and advisory support on technological and operational changes Develop and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, process maps, and user stories Lead business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and design solutions for operational improvements Support change management strategies and transition activities for both business and operational teams Collaborate with project managers to deliver business change projects on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives Partner with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and scalable Required Skills and Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and design effective solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across the organization Proven track record of leading business analysis for complex change projects from initiation to delivery Solid understanding of broking/underwriting operations, insurance products, and industry regulations Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies Business analysis expertise, including the use of tools and techniques such as BPMN, user stories, and requirements gathering Desirable: Professional business analysis or project management certifications (e.g., BCS, CBAP, PRINCE2, PMP)
