We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be based in London on a full-time basis, reporting into the Lead Business Analyst.
Responsibilities: Work on specific MRS-GM initiatives, operational tasks and R&D work.Elicit, analyse, validate, document, manage and explain business requirements based on project objectives.Provide operational expertise in insurance (finance).Communicate regularly with stakeholders and manage stakeholder needs.Overcome project impediments and report regularly on progress.Contribute to product roadmap and backlog.Perform analysis using appropriate tools and techniques.Provide timely updates on opportunities, risks, issues and progress.Produce and manage business requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria from undefined and unstructured information on strategic projects and programmes.Help drive forward good conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers/policyholders.Knowledge and Skills: Insurance experience.Experience in delivering Finance projects.Strong detailed portfolio of projects and experience where they have led on collating requirements.Experience of complex ecosystems/system integrations.Knowledge of insurance policy administration, policy lifecycles and workflows.Skilled at meeting facilitation and presentation.Understanding of the requirements lifecycle.Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of requirements.If you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with everything outlined, or you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
