We are now seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the implementation and execution of our brand marketing strategies and support the next phase of our customer-centric, value creation journey.
Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer you will oversee campaigns, product launches and brand health monitoring.
You will also conduct market research to refine our understanding of customer preferences and ensure operational efficiency for smooth, impactful execution.
Core Responsibilities: Brand Positioning & Relevance : Implement brand strategies, ensuring product assortment clarity and alignment with our "house of brands" strategy Campaign & Community Engagement : Plan and execute marketing campaigns, engaging key communities through targeted storytelling and content Product Development & Promotion : Manage new product launches, year-round promotions, and pricing strategies Market Research & Brand Health : Conduct market research to inform strategy and track brand performance, making data-driven adjustments Operational Efficiency : Streamline marketing processes for optimal productivity and effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who evidences success in leading brand growth within our target markets of Horticulture and/ or ecommerce.
You will exhibit excellence in driving brand strategies, managing campaigns and analysing brand performance.
You will also demonstrate: Experience in working with product ranges consisting of volume SKUs Analytical skills to leverage market insights, track performance and implement improvements through data-driven decisions Project Management skills: lead product launches and cross functional initiatives Financial acumen: manage marketing budgets and ROI analysis Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinking with a passion for gardening to develop a deep understanding of our brand ethos The world of gardening should be accessible to all and it's important that our teams reflect the diversity of our customers, ensuring that our products meet everyone's needs.
