Senior Brand Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brand Marketing team as Senior Brand Manager.
Responsible for developing the Product and Brand Experience and delivering best in class customer experience and Brand Standards.

You will be responsible for how the brand comes to life throughout the on guest journey including accommodation, leisure activities, food, beverage, retail, and seasonal experiential product offering.
Working closely with the Senior Brand Research Manager, the Operations Divisional Directors and Development team, you will ensure that the product experience is delivered consistently to enhance the brand reputation and appeal to new and repeat guests.
Confident in building a brand and product, based on guest insight and comfortable influencing action, driving clear guidelines and understanding around brand values and standards to help ensure that the product and proposition is developed and marketed to maximise brand appeal.
This will include overseeing the branding of the existing product portfolio and how it is presented, as well as guiding new product development from a brand perspective and working across Sales & Marketing to launch new innovations successfully to guests.
A role with huge scope for a highly respected brand that is continuing to expand.
The role needs previous Brand Management experience.
