Job summary Part time - hours per week.We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our friendly,busy team as a part-time Senior Booking Clerk.
The successful applicant willdemonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
They will behighly motivated with a keen eye for detail, and have current experienceworking with IT systems.
They will provide an efficient and high qualityscheduling service to support achieving the teams key success targets.
This isa very busy role and will be an excellent opportunity for the right candidatewho has the ability to cope with the demands of the service.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will manage the waiting lists andhelp with patient queries, bookings and cancellations, working closely with asmall team of medical secretaries, clinicians and the management team to ensurepatients are listed for surgery appropriately.
They will ensure all procedureshave been followed, providing a smooth and positive experience for ourpatients.
This is a highly responsible but rewarding position and would suit a cheerfuland self-motivated person who is able to prioritise their own workload withflexibility no two days are the same and the team work extremely hard to putthe patient first.
