Architectural Technologist - Contract Position (Outside IR35) Role: Architectural Technologist Location: Manchester Contract Duration: 6 Months Initial Working pattern: 1 day in office, rest from home Company Overview: Our client, a Manchester based architectural practice is currently seeking an Senior Level Architectural Technician to join them on a contract basis and will need someone for an initial 6-month period.
The practices work within various different sectors including residential, industrial, education and workplace.
Role Overview: As an Architectural Technologist, you will have a passion for high level technical detailing in a previous architectural practice using Revit.
The practice is working on a variety of industrial projects that require assistance from stage 4 onwards.
Essential requirements: Proficient with Revit able to produce strong technical detailing.
Previous project running experience ideally.
Experience working on industrial projects.
