Senior Analyst, Research and AdvisoryWe're looking for a Senior Analyst, Research and Advisory (12 Months Maternity Cover) to join our team in London as part of our Content function.
Your Role: You will work within our research team but spend the majority of your time working with WARC's Advisory team on bespoke research projects. You will bring strong research, survey management and data analysis skills, coupled with demonstrable writing and editorial experience. You must also be comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Design and script quantitative surveys using online survey platforms, including working with research panel partners where required, ensuring alignment to research objectives.Design qualitative, interview-style questions for external contributors.Manage data collection, analysis and visualisation in Excel and Powerpoint.Present research findings internally and to clients.Write, edit and proof long and short-form content based on research findings.Select and manage freelance writers ensuring high quality of final output.Partner with advisory clients from project kick-off through to delivery, ensuring that the research brief is met at each stage of the project.You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion.Your Experience Experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research, especially surveys.A blend of strong writing and editing skills, alongside data analysis expertise.Familiarity with manipulating large datasets, with a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies and pulling trends out of data.Experience within the marketing and advertising industry, with a keen interest in the latest trends, best practices and thought leadership in the industry.Strong client-facing skills, with confidence communicating both internally and externally.Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.A background or experience within a publishing environment would be a bonus.If you don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply.
