You are interested in healthcare and excited about the opportunity to use your developing skills to advance treatment and care.As part of the London team, you will get the chance to develop a wide variety of skills in the latest approaches in social, digital and traditional market research, using a range of market leading and proprietary tools.
You will ideally have some experience of primary research or social listening, and you will be keen to learn more about the integration of online behavioral analytics, social and traditional media analysis, landscape and trend mapping, target audience insights, competitor insights and measurement and evaluation.In this role, you will participate in research design, data collection, analysis, report generation, and the translation of research results into actionable insights that adds value for our clients.
You will attend, and play an active role in, client briefings, interim progress meetings and final debriefs.

We have a fabulous office in central London with beautiful views, and most of the team visit at least once a week with more formal team meetings roughly once a month.What you'll do:Advanced analytics platform operation: you will develop the skills to operate a range of analytics tools including NetBase, Quid, Audiense, Semrush and others.Data Collection and Monitoring: you will set up and manage approaches for data gathering across social and digital analytics tools (query development) and primary research methods (screener, discussion guide and survey development).Data Analysis: you will analyze collected data to identify trends, sentiments, key themes and ultimately strategic insights for your clients.Reporting and Insights Generation: you will help to prepare detailed reports and dashboards summarizing findings, translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients or internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Collaboration: you will work closely with marketing, communications and medical education teams to align insights with broader business objectives.This position is a perfect fit for you if:?Our Company values – and – really speak to you.You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow.

We have offices in cities with many employees and clients – New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Manchester, UK and London, UK – that serve as hubs where and when they need us, and we encourage employees who live less than a 45-minute commute of a Real Chemistry office to go in at least two days per week.
Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities.
