SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR – FM We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, full time Senior Administrator to join the team.As the Senior Administrator you will be key to the success of our Facilities Management Helpdesk team.
You`ll input changes to our planned work schedules as they arise, manage a wide variety of email inboxes, and help with raising Purchase Orders when needed, as well as providing widespread support on the phones or in covering absence.
You will face a wide variety of demands every day so it is vital you can prioritise and work through them whilst remaining cool, calm, and composed. It is important to us that we get the right person for the role so, to be seriously considered, it would be great if you can bring us: Strong administration experience in a busy, customer focused environment Experience of having worked in Facilities Management before and working knowledge of CAFM systems (elog systems) However, we do really NEED you to be solution and customer centred and: Highly PC literate with above average competency in Microsoft Office Able to liaise, collate and process all paperwork towards our clients' timescales. Have an excellent customer facing skills via phone, face to face and virtually. Have superb attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
