SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR £25,000 - £30,000 GUILDFORD - HYBRID WORKING - 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM HOME We are currently working with a growing software business based in Guildford who due to expansion are looking for a Senior Administrator to provide support the client success team.
The role is a pivotal role to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the business who provide themselves on providing excellent client service.
Managing a small portfolio of clients Provide administrative support to the client success team including setting up templates and ensuring smooth operation of office processes Handle data entry and reporting tasks Act as first point of contact for client queries assisting with platform related enquiries Maintain accurate client and business data, ensuring all records are up to date Provide administrative support including organising meetings, preparing reports and tracking project time lines The role will suit someone with a proven track record in administration with excellent communication skills.
Data management and analytical skills would be advantageous.
