Senior Administrator Location: Central London / Hybrid  Salary: Up to £45,000 + excellent benefits and bonus Hours: Full time An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Senior Administrator to work in central London for a highly successful Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management plc.  You will be part of a fast-paced team managing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required.
The Role: Senior Administrator You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice including: Managing the Pipeline of Business for the Partner New and transfer business submissions using bespoke software Preparation of ongoing advice reports and ISA suitability reports Creation of individualised Client reports including analysis of investment performance Completion of critical yield calculations  Completion of annual allowance / carry forward calculations Using FE Analytics to compare fund performance Client servicing; appointment making, logging of correspondence to Salesforce and keeping CFRs up to date Preparing cases for Paraplanners ensuring collation of all required documentation Tracking cases and monitoring payments & credits Preparing Trust documentation  The Person: Senior Administrator This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style.  You will have relevant experience in Wealth Management (SJP experience would be a great advantage for the role) along with an all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop You will have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions You have used the CRM Salesforce You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion A relevant qualification such as the FPC or some progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential.
