Key Responsibilities Lead and drive campaigns across your designated client portfolio, ensuring creative excellence and strategic impact.
Work on diverse projects including brand positioning, advertising, social content, packaging design, and live product launches.
Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, their challenges, and their goals to provide tailored solutions.
Identify, cultivate, and pursue new opportunities within your clients' portfolios to drive growth.
Write clear, insightful creative briefs, provide feedback, and motivate the creative team to push for their best work.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations, confidently presenting them to both the internal team and clients in formal and informal settings.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure smooth project delivery and effective resource allocation.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and finances as needed, ensuring agreements are clear and aligned with client scopes and project needs.
Source and engage external creative talent to meet specific project requirements.
Monitor and ensure that all KPIs are met or exceeded, driving results for clients.
Contribute to and shape the agency culture, bringing fresh ideas for agency events and social initiatives.
Key Requirements 4 years of agency experience (as a Senior Account Manager), with a proven track record of managing integrated accounts and delivering measurable results.
Experience within a smaller, boutique agency would be preferred You make things happen – you dont wait for opportunities; you actively drive change and business growth.
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, always thinking creatively and strategically to solve problems and identify new possibilities.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying key growth opportunities.
You have the expertise to shape and sell strategies and take ownership of their successful execution, driving impactful results for your clients.
Outstanding presentation skills – you're confident, engaging, and persuasive, able to clearly communicate ideas and inspire both clients and teams.
