The Senior Account Manager is a pivotal member of the ITG team, carrying responsibility for client service delivery, operational excellence, innovation, project management and team support – creating partnerships with our clients.
 This role involves delivering a variety of projects across; print production, fulfilment, and delivery.
 The key focus of the role is to enhance our ways of working to drive efficiencies, whilst supporting the Account Director to communicate, track and achieve all financial targets, adhere to commercial standards, and optimise commercial benefits for our client.
Most of the print buying is with a previous client sole supplier, but we hope you can bring your knowledge to and service our client!
 You'll be supported by our wider client team based at various locations in the UK, leaving you to focus on providing first-class customer service.
In addition, you will provide administrative excellence in all work-in-progress, briefing and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities: Client focus: Building strong relationships and partnerships with our client.
Owner and guardian of Service Hero stock management – owning all aspects of Service Hero stock management, ensuring the client is informed with the right information to make decisions based on data, and ultimately ensuring the estate has everything they need.
 Can analyse data and recommend accordingly, as well as pro-actively supply context to reasoning for suggestions, with attention to detail and identifying solutions for the client.
Delivering best in class client servicing, and continuously driving improvements to the ways we work.
Working closely with suppliers to ensure projects are on time, on-brand and meet the brief.
Leading on end-to-end delivery of key projects – leading and driving critical path adherence Providing regular reporting on campaign and project performance.
ITG: Best in class account services – status reports, critical path, and timelines to set the account up for success.
Financial management – accurate and competitive quotes, on time estimating.
Ensuring all quality-control policies are adhered to through the implementation and continuous monitoring of best practice, while continuously looking to improve ways of working.
We need someone who can be a strong support to the Account Director while supporting and being a team player.
Requirements First and foremost, you should be customer centric.

You won't be micromanaged here, the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential.

Even better, you understand the production process behind this.
You enjoy getting the best deals, print buying is your forte and you know how to negotiate the best deals whilst maintaining quality and timely delivery.
This is a busy account, working off various systems and keeping on top of multiple projects comes natural to you.
Communication is key - open and transparent, provides context to situations, is collaborative, and solutions driven.
Detail focus/accuracy - ensures briefs are delivered right, first time, and quality assurance is best in class.  Proactivity and accountability - driving the account and making life easier for the client team.
Database Management – Updating and controlling the store databases ensuring data is accurate for campaign processing.
A good understanding of systems and ensuring they work in a streamlined way.
Delivery focused – driving all projects with clear status, actions, and next steps and most importantly, timelines.
Performance and savings focused – delivering against KPIs, driving savings and innovation for the account.
Positive mindset and calming influence – comfortable working in a fast-paced environment balancing longer term strategic projects as well as tactical BAU tasks – adapting flexibly to support our client.
