Primary SENDCo Vibrant and inclusive Primary School in London Leading and managing SEND provision across the school Working closely with staff, students, and families to ensure high-quality support for SEND pupils Full-time position starting April 2025 Competitive salary in line with your experience and qualifications Key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing the schools SEND policy.
Coordinating and monitoring interventions to support students with SEND.
Supporting and advising teachers to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Liaising with parents, external agencies, and local authorities to provide the best possible support for SEND students.
Leading and delivering professional development for staff on SEND strategies and inclusion.
To be considered for this SENDCo role, you will need: A relevant SENDCo qualification (NASENCO) and QTS.
Experience in a SENDCo role or a similar leadership position.
A thorough understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
