Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality vocational education to SEN students in line with the school's curriculum.
Plan and implement engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
Provide one-to-one support and small group teaching, ensuring all students are able to achieve their potential.
Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary.
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment, promoting personal growth and independence.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support students' educational and emotional development.
Contribute to the development of vocational programmes within the school.
Requirements: Qualifications : A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) or industry-recognised qualifications in vocational subjects.
Experience : Previous experience working in an SEN environment, or with students who have special educational needs, is highly desirable.
Skills : Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability in delivering vocational education to students with diverse learning needs.
Knowledge : Understanding of vocational qualifications, the needs of SEN students, and the ability to tailor teaching methods accordingly.
