SEN Tutor Location: East Midlands, Derbyshire, Chesterfield Job Type: Flexible Job Duties: Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities Assist students in improving their academic skills and achieving educational goals Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure students' progress Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN educational practises and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment Benefits of working with TP Tutors: Flexible working that you are in control of!
