As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of students with SEMH, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
You will collaborate with support staff to create a structured and supportive learning environment, fostering positive behavioural change and academic success.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with SEMH, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
Work closely with support staff to create a positive and structured classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing regular feedback to staff, parents, and external professionals.
Support students in developing social and emotional skills, as well as academic abilities.
Collaborate with external agencies to ensure holistic support for students with SEMH.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience teaching students with SEMH needs is preferred.
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and SEN teaching techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students, staff, and parents.
A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
