Are you an English teacher looking for a new role?
Do you have a passion for working with children with Special Needs?  We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced English Teacher to work in an SEN School in Portsmouth, where both pupils and staff can grow and develop.
This supportive and inclusive school caters for Secondary aged pupils.
As a passionate English Teacher, you will join a committed team of skilled professionals who work together to ensure each child is empowered to learn through a programme tailored to their specific needs.
You will play a vital role in delivering the English curriculum whilst instilling confidence among pupils within KS4.
You will enjoy creating a stimulating environment that engages pupils in English, working with them to develop their skills and overcome barriers to learning.
You will need to have a passion for teaching English, with strong classroom and behavioural management skills.
You will also ideally have experience with Special Educational Needs.
Skills and Requirements: • QTS • The right to work in the UK • A Child Workforce DBS certificate on the update service, or a willingness to apply for one • Degree in English (or related subject) • Solid background in teaching English • SEN experience • Strong classroom and behavioural management skills • Inspirational, driven and passionate teacher If this role matches your experience and skillset, please do apply with your CV!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
