Teaching Assistants– SEND School  Location:  Southampton Contract:  Temporary through  Teaching Personnel , with potential for permanent employment We're looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a SEND School in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with additional needs in both educational and residential settings Assist teachers with delivering individualized learning plans Help manage behavior and provide a safe, supportive learning environment Promote the personal and academic development of pupils Requirements: GCSEs in English and Maths (essential) Previous experience working with SEND pupils or in a care environment Flexibility to work in both classroom and residential settings Own transport is preferred due to the school's location A positive attitude and commitment to improving pupils' outcomes Why Work With Us?
