Daily rate dependent on experience Are you a passionate and skilled professional with a desire to make a real difference in young lives?
We are looking for an experienced individuals to support a Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) provision in a  school located in the heart of Blyth About the Role This provision is designed to support students who may otherwise face suspension, offering them an opportunity to thrive in a structured, supportive environment.
Placements will range from 2 days to 6 weeks, with the ultimate goal of reintegrating students back into the classroom.
As the SEMH Provision Lead, your responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering tailored support to meet the specific needs of each student.
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and families to foster trust and collaboration.
Implementing strategies to support behavior management, emotional resilience, and academic progress.
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of the provision, ensuring the best outcomes for all involved.
Collaborating with school leadership, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with children with SEMH needs, ideally within a school or alternative provision.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be adaptable, solution-focused, and committed to empowering young people.
Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
