Pavers

Our client is looking for experienced Pavers working on a number of projects on a permanent basis.
The skills required include: Laying all types of paving including Granite Paving, Setts and Cobbles, York stone, Block Paving, Permeable paving, Flags etc.
Basic setting out of paving grid lines and falls.
Understand and Manage the Quality Control of Paving.
Understand the different bedding and jointing types such as Instarmac, Larson, Steintec, Standard mortar and dry screed also have experience with using them.
Working with the 3 point paving systems; Priming, Bedding and Grouting.
Desirable Requirements: NVQ in Modular Paving.
CSCS Card Holder – MUST HAVE.
SSSTS.
Abrasive Wheels certificate.
Knowledge and experience of civil & groundworks.
Be able to interpret drawings/plans and details.
Self-motivation with the ability to use own initiative.
A full UK driving license.
The salary being offered is between £34,000 and £38,000 per annum dependent on experience.
