Security Officer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer, who will work at our prestigious premise in heart of Kensington in London.
The successful applicant will have experience of working as a Security Officer and this role is 4 days on 4 days off (12 hour shift).
Duties and Responsibilities Meet and greet all visitors promptly, using the correct protocols to ensure that each visitor feels valued and cared for.
Build and maintain a current working knowledge of all policies, procedures, systems, and developments, as well as general information, to provide staff and visitors with accurate information when needed.
Maintain close working relationships with the relevant Building Management team and coordinate efforts effectively.
Handle incidents swiftly and appropriately, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
Be aware of hostile reconnaissance techniques and remain vigilant, identifying and reporting any suspicious behaviour to maintain a secure environment.
Adapt to changes in procedures, policies, or the working environment, ensuring smooth operations through effective change management and assisting others in adapting where necessary.
Skills and Experiences Knowledge of Health and Safety and its application in the work place SIA license Previous Security experience will be an advantage Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a range of situations with calm and professionalism.
