Chef De Partie (Cook) Starting ASAP Permanent 37.5 hours per week, term-time only Working shifts between 06:30-20:00 Monday to Friday FTE: £24,404 per annum Pro-rata £19,814-£20,155 per annum including an allowance for holiday pay and shifts

A vacancy exists for a Cook who will assist and support the work of the College's Catering Department.
Specific Responsibilities The production and service of meals and refreshments throughout the school day; Catering for all school functions and courses held during the school term and non-term time; Monitor stock control, rotation and records; Assists in the preparation of college meals; Ensures staff and kitchen hygiene requirements are met; Ensures Health and Safety at work requirements are met; Participate in the College programme of Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development; Undertake other duties and responsibilities as the line manager may reasonably require.
