Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative SAP BTP Architect to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP integration technologies and will play a crucial role in defining and managing the integration architecture for our organization. This position combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration to ensure seamless integration of our SAP systems with the broader enterprise landscape.
Qualifications: 15–18 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years in modern SAP integration technologies such as SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).Proven experience in designing and implementing integration strategies for complex enterprise systems.Strong knowledge of integration governance, architecture guidelines, and service re-use principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.Proficiency in managing ROI for integration initiatives and maintaining integration infrastructures.Ability to align technical solutions with business strategies and objectives.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an integration vision and overall strategy for deployments.Create a prioritized roadmap for integration initiatives based on input from business stakeholders.Align organizational programs and project plans with integration initiatives to deliver end-to-end solutions.Define and manage the integration architecture, including hardware and software environments.Recommend tools, products, and methodologies to support the integration framework.Define and enforce governance processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.Review projects and initiatives to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and regulations.Lead the development and maintenance of integration infrastructure and environments.Identify opportunities for improvement in integration governance and architecture.Promote and facilitate service re-use across the organization.Serve as the primary contact for integration-related queries and support needs.Provide technical guidance to the Integration Development Team and stakeholders.Partner with the Integration Center of Competency to enhance governance processes and operational efficiency.Work closely with the Steering Committee to align technical solutions with strategic goals.Oversee ROI management for integration initiatives.Ensure appropriate control mechanisms are in place and functioning effectively.Approve or deny exceptions to established policies and procedures as needed.
