ResponsibilitiesAs a Salesforce Sales Executive you'll be responsible for:
Utilising your recruitment background to identify and qualify leads, leveraging various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor Salesforce solutions to address their specific business challenges.Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate pipeline management.Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.SkillsThe ideal candidate for this Salesforce Sales Executive position should have the following:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, preferably as a super user, with the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Experience RequirementsProven experience in a recruitment background, with a track record of success in business development and sales.
QualificationsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus, but not essential.
