Sales Team Manager – Commercial Manager £45,000 basic + Car Allowance + Bonus Electrical/Mechanical Wholesale B2B Distribution West Midlands We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our thriving manufacturing company specialising in cable management products and bespoke components.
The Opportunity As our new Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and success for our internal sales team.
You'll lead a dedicated group of professionals who sell our high-quality products through distribution channels and to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
What you will do: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Coach, mentor, and motivate the internal sales team to achieve and exceed targets Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement What you will have: Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the electrical wholesaling sector Strong understanding of distribution channels and OEM sales processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Also: We also welcome candidates with call-centre leadership experience who can bring fresh perspectives to our sales operations.
