Job Description 37.5 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm.
Purpose of the post: To administer our commercial, pricing and communication activities to ensure our core customer systems are up to date at all times and our processes are being adhered to and in line with local policy decisions.
Also to assist in the onboarding of new customers and in the management of the provision of consumables to our customers.
Administration of our CRM system and ensuring this is kept up to date.
Administration of payment terms and maintaining the pre-pay process as we move more customers to this route, as well as scheduled credit monitoring of all customers so they remain on the appropriate terms, whether credit or pre-pay, and including scheduled credit monitoring based on the credit reports we get.
To support in the ongoing rolling review of customer quotations for non- managed accounts.
Administration of the NPS process, and to ensure robust management of the NPS process, customer feedback and reporting.
To support the on-boarding of new customers for the first month, in liaison with the appropriate laboratory staff, commercial team and customer service team.
To manage the end to end process for the provision of consumables to our customer, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and invoicing.
To assist in the management and administration of outgoing customer communications.
To provide cover for our Sales Support Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales and management teams.
To assist in compiling, populating and submitting data for Food industry Intelligence Network (FIIN) on a quarterly basis.
Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
To have an excellent understanding of our core operating systems – FGS, CRM, CLO, CLQ, Europortal, RelationWise and other applicable system Qualifications Essential Good level of knowledge on Microbiology and chemistry food testing Understand of the food testing industry Proven track record of customer service within the food testing sector Good basic technical knowledge of food microbiology and chemistry testing Good communication skills including written skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data Good presentation skills Additional Information Benefits At Eurofins we are growing, innovating and always learning.
