We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Group Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our patient base across multiple practices in the UK.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Efficiently manage and action internal and external leads through our CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-up via calls, texts, and emails.
Customer Conversion: Engage with potential patients to book them into one of our dental practices, providing them with accurate information and ensuring a smooth transition to becoming valued patients ensuring the best patient journey is delivered throughout the course of treatment.
Collaboration: Work closely with Area Managers, Practice Managers, and Clinicians to help grow their private patients.
CRM Oversight: Maintain the CRM system, keeping it updated and optimized for lead generation and patient conversion.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities and suggesting any potential improvements.
Required Experience: Proven experience in CRM management and lead handling.
Background in the dental industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in the dental or medical field is preferred but not essential.
