We are on the lookout for an ambitious and motivated Sales Ledger Manager to join our dynamic team at Head Office.

What You'll Do As our Sales Ledger Manager, you will: Lead and inspire the Sales Ledger team, fostering energy, motivation, and ownership.
Drive process improvements to achieve maximum performance.
Build strong relationships with Care Home Managers and senior stakeholders.
Oversee account creation, invoicing, and the onboarding of new care homes.
Train staff on bespoke IT systems and identify development opportunities.
Handle invoicing queries efficiently and maintain accurate records in our in-house database.
Ensure monthly deadlines are met with precision and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For We need someone who can hit the ground running with: Proven experience in Sales Ledger Management within a team environment.
Exceptional IT and data entry skills, with a strong command of Xero and Excel .
A sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication abilities to interact effectively across all levels of the company.
A proactive and positive attitude – you're a problem-solver with a can-do spirit!
The ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and focus.
