Location: Hybrid between home and our Corby office Reports to: Finance Operations Lead Salary: £28,000 plus excellent benefits Closing Date: 3rd December 2024 *Please note, this role is being offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract* About the role: To support the Financial Control department in the accurate invoicing of sales contracts, ensuring that customer accounts are appropriately maintained and in compliance with contractual terms, obtaining purchase orders, collecting cash and ensuring it is allocated correctly to accounts.
Responsibilities: Processing of sales contracts and ledger accounts accurately and on a timely basis Ensure correct allocation of cash to the relevant invoices and contracts Be the first point of contact for any partner or client queries Provide support as needed to the financial planning and reporting team Ensure that financial controls over transactional processes are operating effectively Reconciliation of transactions to account statements Undertake account maintenance reviews Compile accurate reports and data for the Head of Finance as required About you: We are an inclusive employer and welcome all diverse backgrounds, where individuality is celebrated, creating both a forward-thinking team and a supportive space for everyone in the CMI team.
