Sales Executive / Specification Sales Rep

Specification Sales Representative with a proven track record of specification selling in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead projects, is required for a global company in a role covering the Midlands and South East.
SALARY: Competitive + Vehicle Allowance + Bonuses LOCATION : Home-Based role with travel to sites across the Midlands and South East of England JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Specification Sales Representative with a proven track record of specification selling in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena, excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects.
Working as the Specification Sales Representative you will be selling the companys full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments / refurbishments.
In doing so you will develop relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors.
As the Specification Sales Representative you will have responsibility for generating product / system specifications in line with targeted expectations and will work closely with commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications.
In this role you will also develop, host and deliver technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professionals.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS The Specification Sales Representative will have: A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena Good Project management skills Confident presentation skills with excellent communication skills A demonstrable track record in specification selling Knowledge or wind loadings and the fabric of a building (desirable) Ability to provide detailed technical support and advice Ability to interact and draw upon a wide range of supporting services HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
