Day to day management of new customers accounts and setting them up to thrive, and dealing with multiple customers onboarding processes, enquiries, questions and resolving issues both within internal stakeholders and external.

Person We are looking for an individual who is looking to take that step into the corporate automotive space and are able to work in an organised and fast passed environment who understands that being able to work autonomously is key but also a team player to support the business.
Lead and manage the day to day process of new customers, accounts and customers needs aswell as services to new and existing Customers.
prioritise work load Have direct contact with key Customers, their stakeholder, communicating regularly and representing the business at multiple levels.
Demonstrate work flow management skills to help monitor and manage the onboarding of new products focusing on Customer satisfaction for both internal and external relationships.
Coordinating actions for all key participants in the on-boarding process.
