Role Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to start with us in January 2025 at our Heathrow branch.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has a strong understanding of civils and groundworks, and is eager to progress their career to join an experienced, friendly team with a good working atmosphere.
It's a fast-paced role responding to initial enquiries from both trade and retail customers via email, telephone and over the counter as well as providing quotes and taking orders.
The successful candidate will be results driven and business focused with strong communication and negotiation skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
You will have two years' minimum background in the construction supply or building materials sector, ideally with experience in civils and groundworks.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri Holiday: 23 days per year plus Bank Holidays Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme Requirements Sales experience and the ability to achieve results and hit targets Experience in the Builders Merchants industry, ideally with a knowledge of civils Commitment to delivering and maintaining fantastic customer service Ability to work in a team and to contribute to a dynamic team environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency Eligible to work in the UK
