Overview of JobAs a Sales Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales targets. Your focus will be on generating leads, maintaining client satisfaction, and working closely with other departments to ensure successful deal closures.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, primarily focusing on B2B clients.Conduct extensive research to identify new leads, potential clients, and business opportunities.Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other sales tools for lead generation and outreach.Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Develop and deliver impactful sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to win new business.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services post-sales.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify opportunities for growth.Track and report on key sales metrics, including revenue targets, win rates, and client acquisition numbers.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to conduct market research and identify high-value prospects.Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms like Sales Navigator.Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a positive company image.Flexibility to work in diverse time zones, as required by clients.Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.Experience Required2 years - 6 years
