Responsibilities of a Dubai Real Estate Agent include: · Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential properties · Keeping up to date with market trends and regulations to provide informed advice · Generate leads through innovative strategies including social media, telesales, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
· Assist in negotiating contracts and finalising deals · Develop a strong network to foster lasting relationships and drive growth · Organise and follow up on property viewings to ensure exceptional service The ideal candidate will have… · Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills · Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team · A valid driving license is required · Proficiency in English is essential, knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial · Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential, we eagerly welcome motivated individuals who are keen to progress.
