As a Sales Coordinator based in Norwich you'll be responsible for: Serving customers behind the trading counter, providing exceptional customer serviceAnswering inbound calls and emails and dealing with customer queriesBuilding strong relationships with customers and upselling where possible Finding new business opportunities to grow sales within the branchThis is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday – And here's what we'd like you to have: Previous customer service experience and the proven ability to provide exceptional customer serviceConfidence to speak to customers both in person and over the phone We look forward to receiving your application!
