About Us: Tiili is a dynamic and forward-thinking estate agency in Norwich, specialising in sales, lettings, HMO management, and property management.
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales and Lettings Manager to take charge of our sales and lettings divisions, build client relationships, and help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities: Gaining new instructions for both sales and lettings Attending valuations, viewings, and closing deals Managing client relationships and securing new business Overseeing office administration and ensuring smooth operations Delegating tasks to staff members and ensuring targets are met Driving the sales and lettings business forward The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in the sales and lettings industry Strong listing, valuation, and closing skills Good knowledge of sales and lettings legislation Preferably Level 3 Residential Lettings & Property Management qualification Excellent communication and negotiation skills Clean driving licence What We Offer: Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 Attractive commission and bonus structure Full-time role with work-life balance (Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays) A supportive and professional working environment
