My client is a forward-thinking company working with 13 brands across 5 locations.

They are now looking for an experienced Sales Controller/Transaction Manager to work at their Kings Lynn branch.You will have: At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industryExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsAn ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloadsA positive attitude at all times and always lead by example The Role-Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplished senior sales executive looking to move up to the next level.
This is a sales role and as such you will be required to sell our products as well as support your team and second-face their customers.We offer two working patterns, and you have the option to change quarterly:– 5 days a week (including weekends).– 5.5 days average (5 days week 1 and 6 days week 2) (including weekends)Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to: Drive the business forward by maximising sales and profitabilitySupport, coach and mentor your team and lead by example at all timesEnsure your pitch is presentable at all times in line with company standardsMaintain your stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROIConsistently improve customer satisfactionHandle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way We offer: Industry leading salary of £25k basic (5-day week) or £27k basic (5.5-day week) with an OTE of £40,000Bonus SchemeCompany CarCompany pension22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
