Our client, who are a prominent multi office agency in the Glasgow property market are on the lookout, for driven, self-motivated and proactive Consultants to join their expanding Sales team.
Our client, who renowned for our extensive portfolio, proactive approach, and exceptional customer service are potentially looking to expand across their Glasgow locations.
Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers Negotiate offers and close sales effectively Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market Build and nurture client relationships Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the property market Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Knowledge of the Glasgow property market is a plus Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle If you feel you tick the above boxes, or come close too, I would love to hear from you.
Our client, are looking to pay a £25,000 Basic Salary (DOE) + Bonus.
