Job Role Vacancy: Retail Development Manager Location: Home based – with frequent travel requirements Reporting To: Head of Business Development Salary: To be discussed Job Description Working within our pop-up retail division, selling our fast-growing Rock Up and Pop Up service, which is a unique end to end service offering businesses the opportunity to retail their products in premium commercial space within the UKs leading shopping centres.
The role is focused on generating new clients by selling to a range of businesses including start-ups, online retailers, established high-street brands and F&B operators.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have experience of outbound sales/leasing and canvassing, plus be willing to attend key industry events to meet with retailers.
We are looking for someone who strives to exceed personal sales target, whilst also being able to work to a team strategy.
It is essential to be able to understand client requirements, so you can offer the best business service solution for their needs.
There is a requirement to build long-term relationships, so after sale care is a key element of the role, which you will be assisted with by our Customer Support Manager You must be able to prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
