As a Sales Advisor based in our Gainsborough branch you'll be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers.
This is a full time role w orking 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5pm along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am - 12 noon (time off in lieu)
And here's what we'd like you to have:
Proven experience in a customer facing role.
Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.
Merchant or industry experience would be ideal but not essential as full training can be provided.
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
