Sales Administrator

My Distribution client based in Oldbury are looking for a Sales Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis to join their team.
For the successful candidate it may have the potential to become permanent next year.Duties:-Answer all incoming calls in a pleasant and professional mannerProcess sales orders and create invoices using Sage 50 Accounts softwareProcess purchase ledger invoices using Sage 50 Accounts softwareAllocate stock and produce delivery notes for warehouseData entry onto manual ledgersDeal with customer enquiriesProduce customer quotesOnline bankingKey Skills:-Essential you have worked in a Sales Administration role previously.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)If you have experience in Sage 50 Accounts this would be advantageousOrganised with good attention to detailExcellent verbal & written communication skillsAble to work as part of a team as well as on own initiativeProactive nature and willing to learnINDTEMPJob Types: Full-time, Temp to permContract length: 6 monthsPay: £11.85 per hourExpected hours: 37.5 per week
