Job Title: Sales Administrator Holton Heath Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum TeamJobs are working with a well established company in the Holton Heath area who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Data input Document Preparation: Print out paperwork and labels for both factory and administrative purposes.
Generate and print delivery notes, ensuring all documentation is correct and complete.
Manage filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records for easy access Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide excellent service to customers and suppliers.
Assist with general office duties and other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business.
Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
