As Sales Administrator, you will support the sales process, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing client relationships.

As Sales Administrator, you will: Be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone and email enquiries.
Process customer orders and assist with preparing quotations.
Support the sales team by preparing tailored proposals.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
As Sales Administrator, you will have: At least 2 years of experience in an administration role, ideally supporting the sales function.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
