Due to expansion my client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to work at their dealership in Norwich.

About the position:This role will involve vehicle sales order processing on behalf of our sales teams: Supporting the Sales team to set up and invoice deals.
Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times.
Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company's DMS.
Taxing of vehicles.
Keeping track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month.
Liaising with Sales Managers.
Ensuring that all data is accurately recorded.
Book both new and used vehicles into stock and keep the records updated.
Ensure that documentation is completed and ready to meet the delivery times for the customer.
Ensuring that all manufacturer and company policies and procedures are fully complied with.
About our requirements: We expect our Sales Administrators to demonstrate some skills that will prove vital in the position, including: Great attention to detail.
Organisation and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to learn Good personal, interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate Salary is £25,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week (pro-rata for part-time) Hours: 40 hour/5 day week, Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Part-time hours are negotiable.
