Advert Sales AdministratorHalesowen (B62)Competitive SalaryFull Time Permanent PositionMonday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (Occasional Saturday - Shorter Hours) Our client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in their busy operation at their Halesowen site.
This is a full time role based onsite 5 days per week, plus the occasional Saturday on a rota basis (shorter hours).
Their site consists of several warehouse spaces, with spacious offices and free onsite parking.
Accountabilities: Execute the order process from the beginning to the end including after-sales support with high attention to detailResearches new business development opportunities to acquire new businessActively contributes towards upselling and promoting the Company's full product rangeResolution of all customer matters or general queries efficiently and effectively and in line with Company timescales and proceduresManagement of escalated and complex complaints from customers through to successful resolution adhering to Company procedures as may be applicableIdentification and investigation of the real customer matter in order to provide the right solutionEscalation of all matters when needed to internal experts as may be required for supportEducates customers in relation to matters in a positive and professional mannerMaintains customer contact to deliver resolutions ensuring all records are up to date, accurate and accessibleProvides status update reports on a regular basis and initiates escalation process as requiredMonitors and provides solutions for feedback required from e-commerce sites regarding unusual activity & escalates as requiredCommunicate effectively and embrace relationships throughout other departments to improve efficienciesAdhere to all internal policies and proceduresPerform needs analysis of existing customers to meet their future needsUpdating internal systems and inputting vast amounts of dataProcessing of sales orders via the Shipping department Core Competencies: Previous experience working within a similar environment is essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident and passionate to provide exceptional customer careExcellent organisational and IT skillsProficient in customer care techniquesAble to deal with vast amounts of data and information without being overwhelmedExcellent problem solving skills coupled with the ability to interpret customer requirementsAble to remain calm in difficult and challenging circumstancesRational, thoughtful and precise decision making abilitiesAble to interpret and apply proceduresResponsive to the needs of the customer and the organisations expectationsAble to expedite issues without sacrificing qualityAble to work on own initiative as well as embracing the team elementPossessive of an action orientation and a proactive approach to the completion of tasks and projects We operate from several prime locations and our team offer a unique service tailored to match your precise needs, and can assist you with the following job roles: Sales Manager, Business Development, Field Sales, Sales Executive, Telesales, Telemarketing and Account Managers.We are always on the lookout for the very best talent, so if you know anyone, refer them to our professional and friendly team who will be more than happy to help.
